Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in North Lanarkshire to hire a talented Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a positive outlook, and embraces challenges with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

• Processing Supplier invoices
• Liaising with customers and suppliers as required with the resolution of accounts queries.
• Support the credit control function and chase overdue accounts.
• Check production document pricing against quote and generate customer invoices. 
• Sending invoices by email weekly 
• Resolving invoice queries 
• Payroll
• General admin duties

Interviews will be held next week.
