Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll provide expert financial insight and support across key defence contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to influence decision-making, enhance financial performance and help shape the future of a complex and dynamic programme. Day-to-day, you'll be required to:

• Delivering accurate financial forecasting, budgeting and KPI reporting
• Partnering with operational teams to provide clear financial insight and influence decisions
• Analysing complex financial data and translating it into actionable recommendations
• Supporting contract performance through robust financial control and reporting
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and value
This role is full time, 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Finance Business Partner
• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting within a commercial or contract environment
• Proven ability to business partner with non-finance stakeholders and influence outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex financial data
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
• Experience in a large, complex or regulated environment such as defence, engineering or infrastructure is desirable
Qualifications for the Finance Business Partner
• Part-qualified or fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
