Oversee the end-to-end process of preparing and filing statutory financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery along with audit-ready documentation.
Draft and review technical accounting papers that clearly support key accounting judgments and decisions.
Coordinate effectively with external auditors to meet reporting timelines and promptly escalate any significant matters to management.
Evaluate balance sheet reconciliations and analytical reviews prepared by the team, offering constructive guidance and ensuring all outstanding items are addressed in a timely manner.
Plan and manage team workloads to ensure outputs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within agreed deadlines.
Lead, mentor, and support the team while fostering strong collaboration with regional finance partners, promoting knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices.
