Experteer Overview In this role you will own the reporting and analysis process for legal entities and product P&Ls, helping ensure IFRS compliance and robust decision support. You will collaborate with the FPA team to analyse performance drivers, prepare management information, and support external audits and statutory reporting. The position sits in a growth-focused Finance team delivering business-critical insights and process improvements. You will help automate finance processes and contribute to funding and product initiatives, shaping the company's financial direction. Pay / Benefits
- Own reporting and analysis for group legal entities, product P&Ls and opex cost centres Contribute to IFRS and accounting standard assessments and guidance Reconcile balance sheet accounts including intercompany balances Review monthly P&Ls for decision support Prepare monthly management information (segmented P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, commentary) Collaborate with FPA to analyse performance trends and drivers for product profitability, cash flow, and investments Prepare files for external audit and assist with audits Prepare annual statutory accounts under IFRS or FRS 101 for audit Assist with implementation of new funding lines and products Monitor and enforce financial policies, controls and procedures Represent the Finance team to the wider business Assist in re-engineering/Lean process reviews to automate finance processes and bring AI to finance efficiency Tasks Recently qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Strong fundamental accounting skills Strong financial analytical skills with clear commentary Strong organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills High energy, pragmatic, get-it-done attitude Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent attention to detail, efficient and organised Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Good end-user computing skills (Microsoft, Google apps) Experience with Netsuite would be beneficial Experience in financial/management accounting role advantageous Key requirements Hybrid working policy Competitive salary + bonus Private healthcare Matched pension contributions up to 4% Life assurance Cycle to work scheme
