working towards qualification, Minimum 5 years' experience in progressively responsible finance, FP&A or analytical leadership roles Strong financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting experience Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear business insight Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing or mentoring team members Advanced Excel and strong systems capability Excellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail Proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to drive change Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools Background in manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG or multi-site operations Why Join Harbro?
