Full Job Description

Meraki Talent are seeking a proactive and capable team administrator, to carry out all aspects of secretarial duties for a leading Financial Services client based in the heart of Glasgow.


Applicants should have come from a Financial Services background, where they have gained experience in managing a diverse workload, supporting a number of key stakeholders with administrative tasks.


Key duties will include;

  • Supporting a team of investment managers with day to day administrative duties
  • Audio typing from transcripts
  • Minute taking
  • Creating and producing client meeting packs
  • Updating client records with accurate client data
  • Ensuring all aspects of GDPR are adhered too

This is a fast paced and varied role which will require applicants to be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a number of tasks at any given time. Additionally, applicants must be able to show first class communication skills in liaising with clients and investment managers, both face to face and via written communications. 


This is an office based role, in the heart of the city centre. Bright, spacious, modern offices with an excellent team environment.


Initially this role is for 12months, however likely to extend.
