Finishing Manager / Handover Manager - Commercial Project

Contract / Freelance considered CV Library is currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager / Handover Manager for a large-scale commercial project in Glasgow. This role will focus on the final delivery phase of the project, overseeing quality assurance, managing defects, and coordinating snagging works through to successful handover. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all works are completed to specification and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the finishing and handover phase of a large commercial project Identifying, tracking, and closing out defects and snagging items Coordinating subcontractors to complete remedial and finishing works Implementing and maintaining QA procedures across final stages Carrying out inspections to ensure works meet required standards Liaising with site management, client representatives, and consultants Managing handover documentation and completion schedules Requirements: Proven
experience as a Finishing Manager or Handover Manager on commercial projects
