Full Job Description

To assist in the maintenance of the Councils fleet of public utility vehicles and plant operated by the authority. Service, repair and MOT preparation/testing of all specified Fleet Vehicles and Plant including new and alternative powered vehicles i.e. Petrol, Diesel, Bio-Fuel, Electric and Hybrids to ensure compliance with DVSA and the Councils Operator Licence

Preferred candidates will be required to undergo a Level 1 Disclosure check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by North Ayrshire Council. Please note: Successful candidates will be expected to meet the cost of the Level 1 Disclosure Check of £25 which will be deducted from your salary following the commencement of employment.
