FM Supervisor

Ensure the engineering team and fully trained for their tasks and refresher courses are planned and implemented, consulting with the Contract Manager. Work closely with the contract scheduler and assist in allocation of tasks to engineers. Priorities own and engineer's workload. Delegating tasks to engineers where required using skill base. Supervision of subcontractors as required. Ideally have a minimum of 3 years supervisory or acting supervisory experience in building maintenance and or Facilities management Previous trade training in M&E and experience preferred. Be a good all-round experienced maintenance engineer to complete minor works and reactive tasks. Use and plan your time to meet the requirements of the daily and weekly working and assisting colleagues. Capable of competently using the IT provided. Be prepared to complete any task requested of you in the maintenance and support of the Contract implementation. Attend training as required to, enhance supervisory and technical
