Full Job Description
As a FOH General Assistant/Kitchen Porter, you will mainly be working front-of-house. You will support day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back of house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site. You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.

- You will be serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered to and excellent customer service is always provided.
- Stocking up, stock rotation, facing up, spot cleaning, cleaning dining and serving areas, both front and back of house.
- Operating the till and processing cash and card payments, ensuring you process any financial records accordingly. You will also be serving on the food counters and upselling products/sizes.
Previous customer facing / food service experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site. - For this role you must be 18+.
- Must have eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role
