Ensure departments are meeting set criteria, through confirming that all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards. 2. Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service 3. To empower the team to be able to handle all guest feedback positive and negative. 4. To ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the food and beverage operation of the hotel. 5. Ensure that Company and legal standards for cleanliness are maintained within all food and beverage areas. 6. Managing, teaining, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team. 7. Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships. 8. Control budgets, costs, and maximize profitability 9. Manager on duty shifts when required.
The ideal person will have at least strong experience, ideally 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
