We are looking for Food and Beverage Servers to join our Outlet teams for our 2026 season (March-October).

Join our team and become a key part of the iconic Old Course experience, delivering high-quality takeaway food and beverage services in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll play an important role in ensuring every visitor receives friendly, efficient service while enjoying a range of food and drinks.

In this role, you'll take and prepare orders, serve hot and cold beverages including specialty drinks, and ensure prompt delivery to customers. You'll also support stock control, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, handle cash transactions responsibly, and follow all health and safety procedures. Flexibility is key, as you'll assist with a variety of tasks to help the team run smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and thrives in a busy setting.

St Andrews, separating the farmland and the dunes of the beach, was ideal for golf and, in 1552, Archbishop Hamilton issued a Charter formally recognising the right of the people of St Andrews to use the Links for golf.

Over centuries a recognised routing with set holes took shape and by 1764 18 holes were established, becoming the standard bearer for the game wherever it is played.

Over the next 250 years St Andrews Links would be transformed, undertaking a dramatic transformation of the golfing landscape with six further golf courses, three clubhouses, a state-of-the-art Golf Academy and five official stores, all making it the most renowned golf complex in the world.

If you love golf then there is no better place to work, however that isn't essential to be a success here. As a custodian of the Links, we don't need you to be a golfer, we simply need you to be brilliant at what you do and appreciate the game.
