As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Crerar Hotels, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience. Working closely with the F&B Manager, you'll supervise the team, maintain high service standards, and assist with duty management when required. This hands-on role requires strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills, along with a proactive and forward-thinking approach. You'll handle stock control, financial reporting, and health & safety compliance, while also training and developing staff to deliver outstanding customer service. In the summer, tourists pack out the castle and infamous Inveraray Jail. Things get pretty quiet in the winter. If you love seafood, you'll love the fresh local oysters from Loch Fyne. It's Scotland's longest sea loch - which is gorgeous, but can also feel remote. Inveraray is 90 minutes from Glasgow and you have to make the scenic drive all the way around the top of the loch to get there. The nearest train station is Oban, an hour by car, or buses go to Glasgow every two hours.
