About the job:
As part of the Cyber and Fraud Unit team within the Specialist Crime Division based in Dundee, you will join the team as a Forensic Computer Analyst who can make a real difference by supporting the provision of Digital Forensics to our officers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that acquired data from digital devices are done so in a forensically sound manner which requires an expert knowledge of computer hardware, an understanding of Operating Systems and an awareness of data integrity to ensure that activities are conducted in accordance with Police Scotland’s Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Management System documentation in order to support and demonstrate compliance with National/International regulatory standards.
This role will be Monday-Friday 0900-1700.
