Forklift Truck Driver

We are looking for a Forklift Truck Driver to join our busy Sawmill. You will be part of a teamresponsible for creating a range of timber products as well as moving, sorting and packingtimber. Whilst a lot of the tasks are automated, there will be some degree of manualhandling, lifting, bending and twisting.Hours of work are 42.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday.Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Picking, wrapping and strapping customer orders for delivery
• Load/unload trucks using a forklift
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards across the site and work areas
• Adhering to Health and Safety protocol at all times
  
  Strong communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
• Be available to work Monday - Friday
• Have experience of operating sideloaders and forklift trucks
• Have a strong work ethic and be reliable
• Must hold valid forklift licence
• Be safety conscience
