French Polisher

As a French Polisher, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional finishes across bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and architectural joinery. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work to the highest standards., Carry out French polishing and finishing on bespoke furniture and joinery
Prepare surfaces including sanding, staining, and sealing
Apply a range of finishes including traditional French polish, lacquers, oils, and stains
Match and restore existing finishes for heritage and restoration projects
Work on high-end residential and specialist interior projects
Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout all work
Collaborate with workshop teams to achieve desired finishes

Proven experience as a French Polisher or Wood Finisher
Experience working on high-end furniture or bespoke joinery
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern finishing techniques
Experience working with fine timbers and natural materials
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
