Front Desk Receptionist

The suitable candidate we are looking for should have experience in reception and administrative tasks within the dental industry and always setting and adhering to high standards.

As the first point of contact at SA Smile Clinic it is important to be confident, well presentable, able to work under pressure within a busy clinic but to remain calm and positive at all times.

Your duties would include : greeting our patients, providing a 5 star service to the patient journey, promoting the clinic and staff, collecting sensitive information, following data protection at all times, dealing with payments, taking phone calls, being able to confidently answer any patient queries through emails, website and social media whilst working with our appointment system.

Dental experience/knowledge (eg. Dental nurse or previous dental receptionist) and SOE software experience preferred but full training will be given.,
