Front of House Receptionist

Ensuring exceptional customer service to the hotel guests and serving drinks/snacks from our new lounge bar. Using computer systems to make reservations, check-in and check-out hotel guests. Financially aware and computer literate. Ensuring every guest receives a warm friendly welcome and all of their needs and requirements are met. You must have exceptional customer service skills and "love" making all guest stays enjoyable. You need to have a warm, welcoming and friendly personality and enjoy interacting with people.
