Front of House Receptionist

As a member of our reception team, your focus will be to ensure that each of our guest receives the warmest and most genuine of welcomes; you will be responsible for ensuring that they are checked in and checked out with minimal disruption. You will be fantastic at dealing (efficiently) with guest inquiries and providing as much information about the hotel, our services and the local area is an important aspect of your role. Previous experience required, full training provided.
