Full Job Description

Supervise the standard of service provided in the restaurant and clubroom, including promoting any daily specials provided by the kitchen and future events we have coming up.

- Develop product knowledge of our drinks, whisky's and menus to ensure accurate delivery if service.

- Working the floor, taking orders, interacting with customers, clearing tables and leading the front of house team in providing the best customer service.

- Accurate end of day cashing up

- Designing and printing menus

- Control and ordering of stock and assisting with monthly stock takes.

- Managing the hospitality booking service, ensuring all booked tables are set and ready for customer arrival.

- Actioning customer compliments by way of passing on positive feedback, resolving customer complaints and reporting to the general manager when necessary.

- Identify event opportunities and help plan events to help maximise profit growth.

- Complying with all company policies and procedures.

- Motivate the front of house team in their restaurant duties

- Control and ordering of stocks and stock takes
