Full Job Description

The successful applicant will have experience in a busy kitchen, preferably with previous frying skills and/or fish and chip knowledge, but not essential. Knowledge of seafood would also be preferred, but not essential. Ideally, You will have previous experience in kitchens and in delivering the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence in food quality, presentation and service is essential. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and less experience, so if you think you are a fast learner & looking to learn & gain some kitchen experience let us know!!!

Ideally we are looking for a candidate that has a meticulous nature, who aims for a high level of consistency and is willing to learn and improve their skill set and product knowledge. Although we are essentially a fish and chip shop at heart, we aim to be a lot more and we want to be regarded as a seafood restaurant that can provide restaurant quality food for takeaway., Previous Frying experience (preferred)
