Fun Shop Assistant

This role combines retail duties with collaboration alongside our entertainments team to ensure we meet gambling regulations, adding an extra layer of fun to our guest and owners experience.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Fun Shop Assistant who loves making people smile and enjoys a lively, guest-focused role., Provide excellent experience in our Fun Shop, assisting with purchases and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Sell bingo tickets in compliance with gambling regulations, collaborating with the entertainments team.
- Keep merchandise displays tidy, well-stocked, and appealing.
- Accurately process transactions, handling cash and card payments.
- Follow health, safety, and legal standards.

Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not required-training is provided.
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for excellent service.
- Confidence handling cash and card transactions accurately.
