Full Job Description
Carry out and assist with planned and reactive maintenance repair works (monthly emergency light tests and weekly fuel bunds inspections plus other delegated tasks within skillset)
Painting and decorating tasks
Act as the safety person for other trades while working at height
Make sure that works are progressed in line with RIFM and Client procedures, with regard to on-site health and safety and comply with current regulations.
Represent the company at site level and promote the company's services.
Awareness of health & safety regulations
Full, clean and current driving licence
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work on own initiative and liaise effectively with clients
Must be able to pass security clearance
Salary depending on experience
