Full Job Description
- Previous experience working in a fast paced restaurant environment
- Background in good standard establishments
- Sales and guest focused personality
- Good understanding of restaurant economics and a keen driver of internal and external sales
- Can commute to or live locally to Falkirk
- Experience in using and understanding restaurant systems i.e: Stock link, Res Diary, procure wizard etc.
- Good understanding of budget controls
- Excellent communication skills
£37,500 - £40,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, Excellent salary with outstanding tips - 48 hour week
