This is not a typical support worker role.
It is a unique opportunity to develop specialist skills in behavioural science, autism intervention and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), with a clear pathway towards becoming a Lead Therapist.

What You'll Do
✔ Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions
✔ Support communication, emotional regulation and independence
✔ Collect and review treatment data
✔ Work closely with supervising clinicians and parents
✔ Support development across home, school and community settings
Who We're Looking For
Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Care, Education or related graduates
Genuine interest in autism and child development
Eager to learn and develop specialist skills
