Could you be our next Roads Design Graduate within our Engineering Design team? In this role you will support with and take responsibility for carrying out design and contract preparation, site supervision, project management, design reviews, inspections for roads and bridges across the Falkirk Council area.

What we are looking for…

  • You will have an HND or above in Civil Engineering or other recognised relevant subject such as Transportation, Construction Management or similar.
  • We look for core skills for all our graduate posts which are:
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Interpersonal
  • Organisation
  • Project management
  • Report writing
  • Team working
  • Computer skills including use of MS Office
  • Ability to use your initiative and organise your own workload
