The Opportunity
If you've studied Health & Safety, Environmental or a related discipline and want to get properly stuck in from day one, this is exactly the kind of role that sets your career up properly.

This is not a clipboard job. You'll be out on site, involved in real issues, supporting investigations, audits and improvement work across multiple locations.

You'll be working closely with an experienced SHE Manager, learning how to operate in a fast-paced environment where you'll need to build credibility quickly and be confident enough to challenge when required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting SHE systems, processes and documentation
• Assisting with risk assessments and corrective actions
• Supporting incident and near miss investigations
• Getting involved in audits and compliance checks
• Contributing to SHE reporting and performance tracking
• Supporting training and awareness initiatives

What They're Looking For

• Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental or similar
• Genuine interest in building a long-term SHE career
• Strong communication skills and confidence to speak up
• Organised, detail-focused and proactive
• Comfortable working in a site-based environment
