Graduate Marketing Assistant - Edinburgh

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to support our team to complete a number of important projects. In this wide-ranging role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a number of different business areas as you learn the fundamentals of the business.

Responsibilities may include developing ad hoc recruitment social media tiles and videos, and entry level project management tasks.

Tasks may include:

• Supporting the recruitment team with admin actions to support the recruitment consultants, taking notes on calls with candidates, offering help to the wider support consultant team when busy e.g., answering calls, saving CVs, and sending out communications via email


• Manage and create the social posts requested by the recruitment consultant team for social channels


• Support the marketing team with general website support e.g. uploading content and editing content as well as being part of team calls and discussions to develop the website further


• Support the marketing team with general social media support which includes generating content, uploading via our CRM system and reporting


• Liaise with stakeholders to gather company insights and feedback on marketing activities


• Liaise with third parties e.g. website developed and creatives to support marketing objectives


• Support with any team requests come through and make the brand guidelines (e.g. helping with updating PowerPoint slides)


• Provide marketing and recruitment IT support to the wider team when asked


• Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing objectives and campaigns
  
  Graduate, ideally from a business or marketing course


• Highly self-motivated, ability to work autonomously


• Understanding of and interest working across different social media channels


• Ability to learn and work with systems and CRMs that support the marketing and recruitment teams


• Additional skills such as video, design, AI would be advantageous


• Ability to work flexibly across two teams (marketing and recruitment), work as part of a team as well as independently
