Groundsperson

Be part of the team behind the scenes that keeps our stadium looking world-class. As a Groundsperson, you'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards across the stadium and associated sites, ensuring everything is ready for matchdays, events, and daily operations. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
What you will be doing:
Supporting the delivery of events, from preparation and set-up through to clear-down and debrief
Carrying out day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of stadium facilities and infrastructure
Maintaining a clean, safe, and high-quality environment for all visitors
Working as part of the wider facilities team to respond to operational needs, including equipment movement and contractor coordination

A practical, hands-on individual with experience in maintenance, facilities, or grounds work
Someone who takes pride in high standards and creating a great environment for visitors
A team player who can adapt quickly, especially during busy events
A safety-conscious person with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
