Handyperson / General Maintenance Operative

DIMA Group is seeking a reliable and practical Handyperson to support the general up keep and maintenance of a hotel property in central Edinburgh., Carry out general maintenance tasks throughout the property.
Replace light bulbs and fittings as required.
Complete minor painting and touch-up work.
Perform basic repairs and upkeep of fixtures and fittings.
Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and presentable environment.
Identify and report maintenance issues requiring further attention.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.

Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or handyman work preferred.
Good practical skills and ability to complete minor repairs independently.
Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
Ability to work safely and efficiently.
