We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, a flair for innovation, and a commitment to delivering gastronomic delights that exceed our guests' expectations.,

  • Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to achieve excellence and develop their passion for Scottish produce and cuisine

  • Craft and execute innovative menus showcasing the best of our local and Scottish cuisine

  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation and taste

  • Manage kitchen operations including inventory control and cost management

  • Foster a collaborative and positive kitchen environment

    We are looking for proven experience as a Head Chef of Executive Chef in a similar venue. You should be able to demonstrate a creative flair and a passion for trends. You should be a strong leader with clear experience of developing and mentoring your team, exceptional organisational and time-management skills
