Salary: DOE - 38k - 45k

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fresh food preparation, menu development, and kitchen management. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene, while creating innovative dishes that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and design seasonal menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.


  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation and culinary techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Creative flair and a passion for food innovation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
