Full Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and high standards
- Design and develop menus that exceed customers' expectations and align with the hotel's concepts
- Recruit, train and support the kitchen staff including Sous Chefs, Chef De Parties and Kitchen Porters
- Enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage department operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and waste management

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- High level of knowledge of culinary techniques and food trends
- High hygiene standards, and having a Food Hygiene Certificate would be desirable
