Full Job Description
- You have a kind and caring approach with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents.
- You have adequate knowledge of nutrition, allergens and dietary modification to meet the needs of residents.
- You will have experience in working with fresh seasonal food, preparing a palatable menu that addresses the preferences of the residents.
- You will be qualified to NVQ/ SVQ/ City & Guilds level with a current food hygiene level 3 certificate.
- You will have the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment within our home, confidently engaging with residents to create appetising menus
- You will be a natural leader with strong management skills with strong budget and P&L skills
- You work well within the team, leading, motivating and supporting junior staff members and acting as a role model in maintaining high standards through adherence with best practice.
- You will have experience in motivating and leading the staff team.
- You will have the right to work within the UK.
