Full Job Description
Fixed Term until 31st October 2025
We are looking for an organisational lead to ensure HIAL implements best practice strategic asset management approaches. You will play a key role to ensure compliance with legislation and regulation by being the lead for accurate asset data, the development and application of Computer Aided Facility Management CAFM tools and processes, implementing the asset management strategy and developing and implementing asset quality standards. You will be the lead client for a range of relevant improvement projects to ensure we have lean and digitally enabled processes.
Do you have suitable qualifications such as a degree or relevant experience using and managing NEC3/4 contracts. Post qualification experience of handling works projects and knowledge of the aviation industry. Experience in working with or as a contractor and Consultant and understanding of CAA and EASA regulations.
We can consider applications to work on a hybrid basis, with the successful candidate based within daily travelling distance of any of our 11 airports. There will be some travel to our Head Office required.
