Job Description
Our client is an innovative and high quality manufacturer of luxury fashion and part of a globally successful organisation. They are seeking an experienced HR leader, with a background working as part of a high-performing management team, ideally in an operational or manufacturing environment, to support their growth journey. You should be comfortable in a figurehead position and getting your sleeves rolled up.
You'll need excellent communication skills, be capable of developing effective working relationships at all levels, offering appropriate challenge and suggesting creative solutions to problems. Solid business acumen and problem solving skills will be important.
You will be capable of coaching, challenging, and advising both senior stakeholders, management colleagues, and front-line supervisors on transformation, organisational effectiveness and general HR issues, including reward, employee relations issues and performance management. Experience leading change, growth, and organisational design projects in an international organisation is of particular relevance.
Personal attributes sought include:
- An autonomous self-starter, able to take the initiative and push projects forward, comfortable working closely with parent company stakeholders
- An understanding of driving forward a change agenda with a sensitive and consultative style
- Straightforward approach with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership, project management, and time management skills
- Personality that demonstrates energy, as well as good listening skills
- Gravitas, able to influence and construct an engaging business case/argument
