Mott MacDonald is seeking a Head of Process Engineering to lead the Nuclear, Defence and Civil team in the UK. You will guide multidisciplinary projects from feasibility to detailed design, shaping solutions for clients and developing high-performing teams.
This senior role requires Chartered IChemE status, strong leadership, and a proven track record in FEED and process design. You will mentor engineers, ensure safety is integral, and represent the business at client meetings and site visits.
