You will provide strategic leadership for the College's employability approach, ensuring provision is innovative, responsive to labour market need and focused on sustained positive outcomes, poverty reduction and productivity for employers. The role requires excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with local authorities, government, national agencies, third sector organisations, community planning partners, employers and internal College teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help position Dundee & Angus College as a civic anchor institution and potential national exemplar for public service reform, inclusive economic development and regional regeneration.

  • Strong strategic planning, communication and delivery skills.
  • A collaborative, values-driven and future-focused approach.
