Head Waiter

As the new Head Waiter, you will work 42 hours a week in our flagship store, working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including weekend and evening shifts. The salary for this role is £11.67 per hour plus TRONC., As a Head Waiter, you will be helping to ensure our customers experience with us is a memorable 5

• Provide our customers with outstanding customer service skills


• To deal with the recruitment process of waiters and liaison with senior managers


• To organise daily delegation of duties to station waiters/Runner


• To maximise sales by being able to make informed recommendations and suggestions to customers.


• To oversee the smooth running of a section
