Full Job Description

As a Heating Installation and Service Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our interactions with customers. Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Installing various types of boilers and heating systems.


  • Conducting routine maintenance and service checks.


  • Troubleshooting and repairing any issues to maintain optimal functionality.


  • Providing excellent customer service and expert advice to ensure client satisfaction., 7:30/8:00am: Start the day at our main office or straight to the job site, review your schedule, and load up your company van with the necessary tools and parts.


  • Head out to the first appointment, install or service heating systems as planned.


  • 12:30pm: Lunch break, then continue with scheduled appointments, providing high-quality technical services.


  • 4:30pm: Complete paperwork and update service records; head back to the depot to restock and prep for the next day., Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heating Engineer to join our team. As a Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair heating systems, including boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and radiators - Perform routine inspections and maintenance of heating equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot heating system issues - Fabricate and install ductwork - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time - Keep accurate records of work performed using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions Skills: - Strong electrical knowledge related to heating systems -, Ability

    Have a background in heating engineering, NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating, or equivalent.


  • Be Gas Safe registered.


  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


  • Demonstrate professionalism and a customer-first attitude.


  • Be eager to learn and grow within the industry.


  • Have a full UK driving licence., to fabricate and install ductwork, Knowledge of hydraulics and precision measuring instruments - Experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial mechanic - Mechanical knowledge of heating systems - Familiarity with low voltage systems - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Ability to use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for record keeping If you have the required skills and experience as a Heating Engineer, we invite you to apply for this position.
