Holiday Homes / Caravan Team Member

We are recruiting for a part time Holiday Homes/Caravan Park Team Member to join our team at Culzean Bay Holiday Homes at Knoweside, by Maybole, Ayrshire. The role will cover both Culzean Bay Holiday Homes and Croyburnfoot Holiday Homes, located within 0.5 miles of each other. Both the parks consist of privately-owned static holiday homes/caravans.

This is a part time position with a pro-rata annual salary of £27,500 to £29,500 depending on experience. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work one day at the weekend.

The role of the Holiday Homes Team Member consists of the following duties:

• Liaising with Management and Customers
• Ensuring the parks grounds are maintained and presented to the highest possible standards including grass cutting, strimming etc
• Holiday home/caravan siting and movements
• Patios, fencing and drainage
• General maintenance on all aspects of the parks and holiday homes

The successful candidate must be flexible, enthusiastic, take pride in their work and have a willingness to turn their hand to other tasks when required. Experience with operating various plant machinery is advantageous. You will:

• Be conscientious and committed to exemplary standards
• Have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
• Hold a full clean driving licence
