Full Job Description

Callander Woods Holiday Park (FK17 8LE) have a great opportunity for a Park Coordinator to join our Callander Woods team. This role is permanent, hours are between 35-45 hours per week working 9am-6pm in the summer and 9am-5pm in winter. Working 5 days out of 7. Due to the nature of the business weekend work is required. Live in accommodation is available.,

  • Communicating and reporting to the Area Manager

  • Responsible for the coordination of the daily operations of our Callander Woods Holiday Park

  • Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Being able to react to customer requirements and being proactive with guest feedback to ensure we are providing the best customer experience

  • Daily use of IT packages, to ensure bookings, health and safety tasks and communication to other departments are completed

  • Working closely with Area Manager and HR to encourage best performance from your teams, identifying training needs and opportunities

  • Working closely with Sales and Area Maintenance teams to ensure sales units are ready for viewing and handover of units run smoothly

  • Helping drive the sales of holiday homes on park to new and existing guests, working closely with the Sales team

  • Liaising daily with the Head Office team to share information and check on daily activities to ensure full completion of tasks

  • Actively leading to engage & develop the team

    An excellent understanding and experience of the hospitality industry

  • Great leadership and communications skills

  • A passion for personal achievement and the ability to drive the team and the business

  • High attention to detail, with the desire to achieve a great guest experience

  • Taking pride, ownership and accountability for your role

  • Be proactive and able to work on own initiative

  • A high standard of IT skills and Health and safety knowledge

  • Previous sales experience would be beneficial but not essential, Customer Service: 1 year (required)

  • Management: 1 year (required)
