Holiday park wardens

Accommodation is included in the package with a 2 bedroom lodge. Utilities & Wi-Fi also included. As a warden couple, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the day-to-day operation of the holiday park, ensuring the comfort and safety of all guests, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout.,

• Welcoming guests and ensuring they have a great holiday experience


• Housekeeping of our self catering accommodation and quality checking our holiday lodges before guest arrival


• Hot tub daily maintenance and cleaning


• Maintaining our on-site facilities including our 3 onsite toilet blocks and general upkeep of public areas


• Maintaining the grounds, ensuring they are tidy and safe for all visitors


• Adhering to security and safety procedures.


• On call duties as required (shared equally between the park team)


• General maintenance tasks and repairs


• Ground works


• General gardening, grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming.


• Providing excellent customer service
  
  We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Park Warden couple to join us at Highland Holidays for the 2024 season., Organizational skills and attention to detail


• High standard of cleanliness


• Ability to work as part of a team & also alone using your own initiative


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues


• A hands-on approach with the ability to undertake general maintenance tasks and repairs


• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays


• A can do, positive attitude.


• A clean driving license is essential
