As a Home Care Worker, you would be supporting individuals with a variety of daily living tasks which people may struggle with on their own.

It is essential you have experience of working in a care setting and delivering intimate
personal care or in an informal or personal capacity.
You should have an awareness of a range of limiting long – term conditions and the impact on people’s lives, demonstrate an ability to monitor and report changes in the identified needs of service users and have an ability to form positive relationships with service users and colleagues.

You should also be able to demonstrate within your application that you are reliable and flexible with the ability to work a shift pattern, work on your own as well as working as part of a team.
It is important you can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and are able to monitor and report changes in the identified needs of those you support.
If successful, you will receive training and be provided with a uniform and all personal
protective equipment (including a smartphone) required to undertake the role safely and effectively.

We have the following contracts available:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday
07:00-12:00 and 16:00-21:00 or 08:00-13:00 and 17:00-22:00
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
07:00-12:00 and 16:00-21:00 or 08:00-13:00 and 17:00-22:00
