Hospitality Assistant

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS COVER UNTIL NOVEMBER 2ND THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE WORKING MOST WEEKENDS, THURSDAY TO MONDAY, 9.30AM - 5.30PM. Our client has a number of prestigious Distilleries based in Ballindalloch. An exciting opportunity has arisen for two seasonal Hospitality Assistants. As a Hospitality Assistant you will be working alongside a team in creating memorable and enjoyable experiences that guests will remember and share with friends; creating life long and committed consumers to our clients brands. The Role Includes organising the tables for the tastings, clearing away and cleaning after the sessions, providing assistance in the shop. Main Responsibilities To assist as require in the preparation and service of drinks, snacks, as well as to clear up and re-set corporate hospitality areas. Clean and maintain displays and cabinets To serve visitors in the shop, adhering to stock and cash handling procedures at all times To re-stock the shop as appropriate Housekeeping of internal and external areas To attend evening functions as required The Ideal Candidate Exceptional communication skills Smart in appearance Ideally some kitchen or hospitality experience Knowledge of cash handling procedures Ability to work unsociable hours, including weekends Full driving licence (preferred due to remote location) This role is for 2 months, with an immediate start.
