doingLead and motivate the Front of House team to deliver consistently excellent serviceSupport day-to-day catering operations and hospitality eventsWork closely with the Manager and Executive Chef to ensure smooth serviceManage rotas, staffing levels, and support recruitment and trainingOversee stock control and orderingEnsure all equipment and service areas are fully preparedAct as Allergen Champion and uphold food safety standardsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygieneMonitor health and safety compliance and respond to incidentsDrive improvements through customer feedbackStep in to support service where neededWhat you'll bringExperience in a hospitality or catering supervisory roleStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent organisation and time managementExperience with stock control and customer serviceA keen eye for detail and high standardsLevel 2 or above Food Hygiene qualificationWhat's in it for youWorking with Sodexo means more than just a
