Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead a team in a hotel setting. It is essential that as Duty Manager you have an outgoing personality and adhere to exceptionally high standards of H&S, hygiene, service and customer care. A friendly and flexible working style, good problem-solving skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure are essential attributes for this position., Supervise and coordinate hotel operations during scheduled shifts
- Manage guest services and resolve any issues promptly
- Train, schedule, and support staff members
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Handle emergencies and provide solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Assist with human resources tasks as needed.

Previous experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership & communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent guest service skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
