Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for the following tasks;

• To ensure bedrooms are cleaned to the highest standard and well presented as per company standards


• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed


• Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready within the set timelines


• To ensure all tasks are being carried out and checklists are completed


• To support the Hotel Manager in controlling costs within the department


• Liaise with the Hotel Manager on any maintenance issues


• Ensure all public areas are maintained and cleaned to a high standard, Transparency | We ensure clarity in communication so that there are no surprises

  Previous experience in the same or similar role


• Positive can do attitude is essential


• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential


• Ability to provide and demonstrate exceptional guest service is essential
