Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at The Station Hotel, Rothes. The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel or commercial cleaning and customer service.

Duties:
- Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire hotel

- Ensure that all rooms are maintained to a high standard

- Clean all guest areas in an efficient manner

- Refill all guest supplies in accordance with hotel policy

- Coordinate with the reception team to ensure all guests room requirements are fulfilled

- Assist in maintaining a sufficient stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies and linens, reporting items to management as they begin to run low

Prior experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is preferred

- Strong customer service skills

- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures is advantageous
