By supporting the Accommodation Manager, checking standards, and ensuring our holiday homes and facilities are cleaned thoroughly and prepared consistently, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests.,
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, allocating tasks and job sheets to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure all accommodation and park facilities are cleaned and presented to consistently high standards through regular quality checks.
- Inspect beds, linen, and soft furnishings on check-in days, arranging repairs or replacements and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
- Identify, report, and follow up on damage and repair requirements with the Maintenance Team.
- Carry out housekeeping duties as required, including cleaning, bedmaking, and supporting park operations.
